Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

We are hiring for a Lead QA Engineer to work with our loyalty platform team. We are a small team with highly skilled individuals that work together to solve problems quickly. Responsibilities:

  • Leads the initiative to build quality into the SDLC using best practices and tools
  • Responsible for developing, documenting, and maintaining test artifacts such as test plans, scripts, and test data
  • Leads effort to establish test systems and test metrics
  • Creates and optimizes test processes including defect management and reporting
  • Creates a test strategy that includes automation across the application framework
  • Ensures alignment and sign off for test cases from business and other stakeholders
  • Manages test execution and assists with resolving any issues

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a lead QA/team role
  • 5+ years Quality Assurance experience
  • Must have prior experience with industry leading test tools
  • Must be comfortable writing test plans and test cases
  • Prior automation experience preferred

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Job Description and Duties: Primary duties include Conducting internal reviews on the accuracy of the financial information. Ensure accounting policies and practices adhere to generally accepted accounting principles and government regulations. Perform monthly account reconciliations for US and International accounts.

With direction from Corporate Controller:

  • Perform audits on financial data and monthly close.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial data and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Perform account analysis to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Create and enter journal entries: accruals, deferrals, reclasses, and allocations monthly.
  • Can handle a high volume of transactions in accounts.
  • Complete and oversee multi-state filings and requirements.
  • Adhere to GAAP requirements.
  • Expert in QuickBooks and NetSuite, including migrating from Quickbooks to NetSuite.
  • Prepare International intercompany reports and financials.
  • Oversee Canada and UK Corporate and tax filings.

Education:

  • CPA OR Equivalent with 10 years of work experience.
  • Individuals must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with interruptions.
  • Advanced PC skills required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.,) QuickBooks (Expert), NetSuite, etc.

Database Administrator

  • Ensure that systems and databases supporting cash processing systems and other related services are maintained and enhanced to meet current and future needs by integrating current technologies
  • Evaluate factors such as required reporting formats, cost constraints, and need for security restrictions to determine hardware configuration
  • Monitor storage and retrieval of data to the database
