We are hiring for a Lead QA Engineer to work with our loyalty platform team. We are a small team with highly skilled individuals that work together to solve problems quickly. Location
Responsibilities:
- Leads the initiative to build quality into the SDLC using best practices and tools
- Responsible for developing, documenting, and maintaining test artifacts such as test plans, scripts, and test data
- Leads effort to establish test systems and test metrics
- Creates and optimizes test processes including defect management and reporting
- Creates a test strategy that includes automation across the application framework
- Ensures alignment and sign off for test cases from business and other stakeholders
- Manages test execution and assists with resolving any issues
Qualifications:
- Experience in a lead QA/team role
- 5+ years Quality Assurance experience
- Must have prior experience with industry leading test tools
- Must be comfortable writing test plans and test cases
- Prior automation experience preferred

With direction from Corporate Controller:
- Perform audits on financial data and monthly close.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial data and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform account analysis to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Create and enter journal entries: accruals, deferrals, reclasses, and allocations monthly.
- Can handle a high volume of transactions in accounts.
- Complete and oversee multi-state filings and requirements.
- Adhere to GAAP requirements.
- Expert in QuickBooks and NetSuite, including migrating from Quickbooks to NetSuite.
- Prepare International intercompany reports and financials.
- Oversee Canada and UK Corporate and tax filings.
Education:
- CPA OR Equivalent with 10 years of work experience.
- Individuals must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with interruptions.
- Advanced PC skills required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.,) QuickBooks (Expert), NetSuite, etc.
